Ingredients
- One 14oz can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- dash of lemon juice
Directions
- Drain and chop up artichoke hearts (FYI this is the most labor-intensive step)
- Mix everything in a bowl until combined.
- Transfer to an oven-safe container
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or tortilla chips or both!
